At the time of inspection / purchase the tires did meet the inspection criteria. We sell hundreds of pre-owned vehicles each month each one must not only meet the state inspection guidelines but our own Koons standards as well which are above and beyond the state guidelines. No that’s not true you had me send pictures and told me because there was no wire showing then it passed inspection and I have the emails to prove it. Also you didn’t send me the paperwork until after we called I also have the fedex paper work proving that as well so please don’t come on here to make me sound like a liar.

Hi Christian, hope you are well, not sure what other detail is needed from me. I spoke to Tim your GM last Saturday. He indicated he would get back to me. I am yet to receive an apology or thank you for my purchase from Morgan. Please check with your colleagues to verify info provided. This is a heartbreaking situation. To hang up on a customer is not the expected behavior but here we are. Note that your dealer used incorrect email and I had no idea that the back was trying to communicate with my employer. Consider sending Morgan to training
