I had my vehicle into Lawton Kia for an oil change and tire rotation, work was performed. In a tomely manner, I was offered a free wash but did not quite have time to wait on it. I was given a service I didn’t ask for and on my receipt it said that I requested it. I requested an alignment and oil change and was given an injection or something on my bill I didn’t agree to. It was $20 it said that I requested it. I requested an alignment and oil change and was given an injection or something on my bill I didn’t agree to. It was $20 so I just paid the bill and didn’t complain. My entire service was over $300 and I was told my car would be washed and vacuumed out as a complimentary service and my car was only washed and not vacuumed. I was told it would be done and it wasn’t. Overall the service was excellent and I was informed and communicated well with the team throughout the care of my vehicle. I will continue service with Lawton Kia. Thankyou More
