Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our team initially showed you a new vehicle, but after discussing the payment, we worked with you to find a more affordable option, a Certified 2025 Kia Sportage with approximately 20,000 miles. When you returned the following morning to complete the remaining paperwork, we offered the opportunity to select a different vehicle, which was declined at that time. When concerns about scratches were brought to our attention approximately a week later, our team addressed and repaired them. At that point, however, the purchase had already been finalized and funded by the lender, so we were unable to cancel the transaction. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding a 30-day return policy and for any communication during the sales process that left you feeling unheard. Clear expectations are important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide additional context regarding your experience.
