Our service department is passionate about caring for the best automobiles in the world, and committed to keeping your Lexus vehicle and ownership experience top of the line. Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The finance manager (Todd) didn’t even tell me who he was...like pulling teeth. 👎🏾 Gus (customer service manager) was enthusiastic. The girls answering the phone don’t know the difference between Customer service and Service the Service Department. Learn your job! A few of the. people answering the phone should be running the show down there, very professional and attentive to what I needed. Infiniti of Stuart was totally opposite when I bought my QX60 from them. They were very personal throughout the transaction, not just another number. If you’re OK with always being put on hold and rerouted then Lexus North Miami is the place for you. If I’m paying over $40,000 of hard earned cash, I expect more, not we are busy so sit down until we get to you. I get it, I’m very busy too but I would never treat my patients like I was treated at Lexus North Miami. More
