Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Professionalism is not found often and Carlos is most definitely that. He helped me out more than I could have asked for and even when I was about to leave he went beyond for me to figure out a way were definitely that. I really appreciate the commitment that Carlos showed in try to get me into my new 2021 Lexus IS350.
