At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). My experience with buying a pre-owned Certified Lexus with sales rep, Luke Smigiel was outstanding. I had another vehicle I was interested in at a different Lexus dealership and Luke convinced me that th with sales rep, Luke Smigiel was outstanding. I had another vehicle I was interested in at a different Lexus dealership and Luke convinced me that the Lexus he had in mind was a better deal in the long run. Even though the vehicle Luke was offering was at a much higher price and a lot NEWER, I went with his advice and couldn’t be happier. Luke was 100% correct. My new Service Advisor, Eric Garcia, was excellent! I could not be happier with this advisor. Eric saved me a lot of money from fixing my vehicle issue elsewhere and had me in and out of the service de I could not be happier with this advisor. Eric saved me a lot of money from fixing my vehicle issue elsewhere and had me in and out of the service department within a few hours of a COLD CALL!! That is unbelievable!! I had NO appointment. I called the service department with a question about a battery issue. Mr. Garcia, not only had my vehicle completely fixed, including a factory recall issue, it was serviced and washed in record time. Eric Garcia, hands down, is the best Service Advisor I have ever encountered in the 12 years of my experience owning a Lexus. Outstanding Service Advisor. FIVE STARS*****. More
