James was absolutely great to work with & always followed thru. But we had a windshield put in & side mirror and when we went to pick up our Lexus, I got in and there were glass shards and white glass dust a thru. But we had a windshield put in & side mirror and when we went to pick up our Lexus, I got in and there were glass shards and white glass dust all over console & dash not cleaned up at all. I run my hand over the glass shards & we went back in to get it cleaned up to drive & there were 8 salesmen out front & not one of them asked if they could help us. James was off that day & some lady helped us & she acted like it was nothing & we were taking up her time. Our car was there for a week and to not have it not cleaned up like it was, was a real disgrace to what they portray their standards to be. And to be completely ignored when there were 8 salesmen out front was totally unacceptable. We spent over $3000 to get car fixed to have it picked up this way, was unacceptable! No apologies or anyone trying to make it right in any way. the 2 stars I give is for James on his job well done, otherwise poor service. More

Everyone at the service dept was warm, friendly and efficient. They explained our what they did for our service appointment, and even showed us a couple of tips we did not know to enhance our driving efficient.
