Hard to rate James as the only contact with him was the text that the car was ready. Didn’t get the name of the service gal that actually took care of us—she was great. The only reason I didn’t give the dealership 5 stars is because we found the automatic windshield wipers weren’t working when we got into a rain shower on our way home. And we weren’t able to get them working. Contacted Vy who told me how to activate them but they still weren’t coming on automatically in the rain showers yesterday. If they turned the automatic feature off when they washed it,it would have been nice if they’d turned it back on. Not sure how I’ll figure out if the problem is fixed before the next rain storm.
