Brian and Liberty Subaru far exceeded my expectations!!!!! I was looking for a completely internet based purchase process for my new Subaru Outback. Many dealers lead you to believe that t expectations!!!!! I was looking for a completely internet based purchase process for my new Subaru Outback. Many dealers lead you to believe that they are willing to participate in an online transaction but quickly devolve into “come in and talk to a sales person”. I asked six dealerships to give me their best price online and only two responded with an actual quote. Of the two, Brian provided the best deal with the greatest amount of transparency. His answers to all of my questions were timely and showed a great deal of knowledge about the product. When I went in today to pick up my car, everything was as we had agreed upon with no surprises. The only decision I needed to make was if I wanted to buy an extended warranty. Tom Portee the Business Manager was also extremely personable and low pressure as we completed the transaction. I was in and out with a new car in hand in under two hours. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the most efficient, transparent, and enjoyable process I have ever had. I decided to make the over an hour to trip to visit Liberty Subaru because they had the exact Forester Sport package and color I wanted online. I am so glad I made that trip. This was the smoothest purchase I have EVER made personally or experienced with someone else purchasing. Jeremy was clear and honest. Not once was an excuse for covid or inventory given here. I received a great deal from the beginning and there was no haggling on what I mentioned from the very beginning I wanted and knew I qualified for as far as financing. I will make the drive from Morris County 1000x again to make a deal with Jeremy and Liberty Subaru. Thank you for being honest and responsive. I am so happy with my new Forester Sport. More
