I never thought my daughter would be a sales rep! But I have to say, she knows her cars. I have told her that someday I would buy a new car, but it would have to be just what I wanted. That day finally came and I’m glad I waited and got the redesigned 2023 Tucson. Holly found the car I wanted in the color I wanted and had it picked up and delivered by Jake to the Lithia Lot in Reno. Holly spent time showing me all the bells and whistles and what happened when I would push a certain button on the dash. She was very thorough and I appreciate that. I felt no pressure at any time throughout the buying process, another thing I appreciate. It would be easy to be biased, as she is my daughter, but I kept comparing her to other sales reps I have bought from through the years and she was just stellar! I brought my vehicle in for the check engine light being on which was the second time in 6 months, they diagnosed the problem, thought they fixed it and then they needed another part, the issue was better b on which was the second time in 6 months, they diagnosed the problem, thought they fixed it and then they needed another part, the issue was better but my car was still running rough so they rediagnosed the issue and found that I needed a new engine. I was very upset because I've only had this car for 18 months and I'm on top of any scheduled maintenance, Ryan was able to get me into a loaner car thank goodness because my car was in the shop for a total of 45 days. Ryan got a whole new engine covered under my extended warranty. I was very pleased with the care and time they took on my car even though it took a while they made sure it was done right and Ryan was awesome. Everyone there is always so friendly and prompt. More
