The finance person lied to me and told me I'd get money back for the remaining unused portion of extended warranty, and service when they actually send the money to the lender. I also told them I didn't w back for the remaining unused portion of extended warranty, and service when they actually send the money to the lender. I also told them I didn't want to buy the service package on my new car, my dad signed the paperwork and they added the service package to it. I bought my last car that got flooded from them and it was a good experience. This time not so much. It feels like they took advantage of the situation when my cat was flooded in a storm. Lokey Nissan are the ones who send the check to the lender so they knew I wouldn't be getting that money. They told me that when trying to get me to add more to the down payment. I thought I was getting that money back soon so I added it. Now I'm in a tough spot while trying to recover from 2 hurricanes and a hospital admission a few months ago. More

A lovely showroom with plenty of seating, and delicious snacks. Everyone is just so nice and friendly. It's so nice to have a wonderful place to sit while I'm waiting for my cars oil change.
