Dave- this is such a canned response. I did reach out directly to you on your cell as I was dealing w that situation and needing your help and this was your exact response to me: “I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues but I’ve left for the day and will not be back until Friday afternoon”. You provided zero help!! no additional assistance - no additional guidance - no one else I could speak with. You are part of the problem at Lokey! What a joke!!
