I am a customer of Lokey Nissan and the Service Department is AWESOME! The sales department is TERRIBLE! They don’t make you feel like a valued customer at all! They will make you think they are there to help you and trust me they aren’t all they care about is themselves and who is a guaranteed sale for them. I was treated terribly after spending several hours at the dealership and then the follow up call I was supposed to get never happened. I had to call to find out what was happening with my attempted purchase of a new Nissan Rogue The salesmen Michael Sergent and the sales manager Bill were terrible and I’d NEVER recommend my friends or family to go and be treated the way I was. My experience 3 years ago with Lokey Nissan when I purchased my current Rogue was a completely different experience at that time I felt they listened to me and understood my needs and wants. I have reached out numerous times to try and speak to someone at Lokey about what happened because I felt something needed to be done to correct the situation but got no response, I called, emailed etc. no return call or email even. I’m glad I got this survey so maybe someone will finally pay attention and realize not everyone is being treated fairly at Lokey and they talk about caring about there customers but that definitely didn’t happen with my experience! More

Love dealing with Pokey Nissan. I've never had such incredible treatment ever in my 50yrs of buying cars and having them Serviced! Horrible service, no need in making appts when the staff doesn’t regard them. Will not recommend and will be contacting whoever necessary to get the word out there, to not do business at this location. Al doesn’t regard them.
