We was in the process of looking for a used car. I called Long McArhur about a Blue Ford Escape they transfer me to Jeff Hamilton, he check and it was out on a loner. Then I ask about the Gray Escape I check Long McArhur about a Blue Ford Escape they transfer me to Jeff Hamilton, he check and it was out on a loner. Then I ask about the Gray Escape I check and get back with you. Within 15 minutes he called back and it is here. I told him in there in about a hour since I live about 50 miles away. When I arrived he was waiting and the car was ready for a test drive. We took for a test drive and fell in love with the vehicle. We started the finance paperwork and the process went very smooth. Within a couple of hours we was on are way home with a Ford Escape. Jeff called a week latter and said he had new tires for the vehicle when can you bring it. I mention we had to get the car exterior and interior sealed protected. He set up all the appointments and loaner vehicle for us. And the service went smooth.
