This is the second purchase we have made with this dealership. Ted has been our Salesman both times. He is very friendly and just makes you feel so comfortable. The Service Department at this dealer continues to impress. They've added some new features, rollover platforms at the entry to check wheel alignment, service cost estimates sent by text, and text upd impress. They've added some new features, rollover platforms at the entry to check wheel alignment, service cost estimates sent by text, and text updates as work is performed. I was impressed to receive a detailed estimate and then a recommendation of additional work to approve before doing. (We needed new brakes. I expected that, we were still on the originals and got almost 50K on them.) I approved the work, but thought the estimate included that. It did not. So it was a surprise when we picked up the car, and the invoice was more. I would have preferred the estimate to include a "with" and "without" total, so we could have made a more informed decision. (We would have done it anyway... but it sort of seemed like "bait and switch", approving one estimate, paying another.) The estimate got quietly adjusted after I'd make the approval, but I didn't realize it until later. Not a good look, some people would probably get very upset by this. (But as I said, we needed the work, and I was okay with the price. All in all, it was fair.) Daniel was excellent, and kept us well informed. Service went quicker than expected (we went home, but it was done within 2-1/2 hours). More
