Pretty Neutral Experience I didn't go in to buy a Kia from this dealership, I actually seen a different vehicle that I really wanted that this dealership had on their lot. I e I didn't go in to buy a Kia from this dealership, I actually seen a different vehicle that I really wanted that this dealership had on their lot. I ended up buying this vehicle and had nothing but transmission issues the entire 6 mos I owned it. Kia was gracious enough to take it in and bandage up the transmission for me to no avail. I went in several times to have them put on different parts to the tranny, and finally just popped into the dealership to sit down with the Used Car Manager, Dave. Well what a bad idea that was! He was very short with me, treated me like a "girl" of course who knows nothing about cars, which is totally wrong. I just didn't get any kind of good vibes from him and it just felt like he didn't want me to be wasting his time. So once again, I walked out feeling defeated that my car that I really loved wasn't going to be fixed, only bandaged up again. I finally wrote an email to Dan, the General Manager, and at this point, I must have just been a pain in their butt cause they just wanted me to come in and trade in the vehicle for a different one. I went in and seen that they really only had Kia's in stock to buy, so I drove a couple Kia Sorento's since I needed something comparable to what I had originally purchased. I really wasn't looking to buy a Kia, but felt like I had very few choices at this point. So I ended up having to choose a vehicle over $15,000 more than my original car purchase, pretty much putting a little more burden on my budget, but who cares right? Not their problem as long as I get out of their hair... Don't get me wrong, I do like my new Sorento, but to have to go through all the hassle of car buying like I did, I still have a bad taste in my mouth with them especially when I had to pay them back another $1,500 into my old car in order to trade it back, and put another $3200 down payment on the new car, and to now have to pay double the car payment, something I was not prepared for at all. I'm not normally someone who complains, but if they would have just put in a new transmission in the first place before selling it, no one would have been put in this situation. Long story short... Make sure to get the extended warranty on any vehicle purchased even if it's more out of pocket. Needless to say, Cheri Brotemarkle was very pleasant the entire time and Gabriel Quiroz was very nice in finding me this new vehicle. So life goes on and I will enjoy my new car regardless of what happened, I just hope this never happens to anyone else. More

Pat was very disappointing. I rarely leave reviews, but had to on this one. My dealing with Pat Chiero was very frustrating and frankly exhausting. I stopped in on a Saturday an I rarely leave reviews, but had to on this one. My dealing with Pat Chiero was very frustrating and frankly exhausting. I stopped in on a Saturday and chatted with him, but never heard back during the week. I did email him asking about a car and he responded, then heard nothing back. Decided to go in the following weekend and talk to someone else, and saw Pat was there. He said he never reads his email or answers phone calls...?? Isn't that part of his job? He saw I was frustrated in not hearing back, so he felt the need to give me attitude about that, and the rest of the visit was basically the same from him, with some condescending comments thrown in. Just an all around subpar visit with him overall. All I wanted was a car and a respectful exchange. Is that too much to ask? The dealership is fine and Matt was great, but my experience with Pat soured things. More

I had been in contact with Chris prior to showing up out-of-the-blue toward the I went in to Luther Kia in hopes of finding my first vehicle (ever!). I had been in contact with Chris prior to showing up out-of-the-blue toward the end of the day. Chris assisted me almost right away and I had the chance to test drive three different cars until I fell in love with the Sorento. Chris stayed past operation hours to assure that I had all the paperwork, insurance info and everything sorted out so I could drive off the lot that day. I never felt pressured to make a decision - Chris was laid back, answered all my questions and I left that night with an awesome car and customer service experience. More
