A Wonderful Buying Experience I just purchased a car that I have wanted ever since first seeing one in person many years ago. I wanted a used Soul in the green Alien color. I was on Car Guru and had expressed interest to many dealers. When the emails started to pour in, I was getting busy with company and told each of them that I would get back in touch the next week. My wonderful Luther Kia if Bloomington sales consultant, Jim Remer was the only one who did give me the time I needed and waited to email until I had asked. All of the other dealers continued to email every day and one even had 4 different people writing to me daily. I found this very rude. That is a big reason that I went with Jim. He took the time to send me a video he made of the Soul he found for me and was very kind, friendly and patient with me when we met and I test drove both that car and a brand new one. He spent almost 3 hours with me and made the who,e process very enjoyable. He also trained me on all of the electronics when I picked up my Alien Soul.
