After dropping my vehicle off around 8:30am, I was told it would be done by the end of the day around 5. I was called a little after 5pm to be told that it had not been serviced and it would be done the fo it would be done by the end of the day around 5. We started shopping for a newer used car (Dealer Certified) and gave up after choices were so limited during the post-pandemic shopping frenzy. We decided to trade in our 2009 Camry (purchased origi Certified) and gave up after choices were so limited during the post-pandemic shopping frenzy. We decided to trade in our 2009 Camry (purchased originally through the same dealer) with over 200k miles and get a new Rav4. We thought we were to get a hybrid, so when a gas model was allocated to us instead we were terribly disappointed. The manager lowered the price by $2,000 so we decided to take it since we were told the allocations of new cars are so limited and if we tried to order another it may not be available until January 2022. We have been trusting the service department with both our Toyotas for years and have purchased two other cars through this dealer. More
