Excellent experience for the most part, good service, good price. Really didn't feel like the scary "car sales" one expects at a dealer. Listened, showed us what we might be interested in and helped us good price. Really didn't feel like the scary "car sales" one expects at a dealer. After we agreed on a price and payment, we did have to sit and wait almost 2 hours with nothing happening. Boring, could have left and gotten something to eat if we had known. That's why a 4 instead of a 5. More
