Thank you AGAIN Maita Toyota for your excellent customer service and your wonderful experienced mechanics. I recently had the stressful experience of having the catalytic converter stolen off my 2008 Prius service and your wonderful experienced mechanics. I recently had the stressful experience of having the catalytic converter stolen off my 2008 Prius while I was in San Francisco. After getting over the shock of what had happened, I had my car towed to Maita, found a rental car to drive back to Sacramento, turned in my rental car at the Sacramento Airport and got a ride home . The next morning I filed a claim with AAA, gave that information to Junko, at your service center in Sacramento on Auburn Blvd.. She took all the information and handled everything from there. She was so very efficient...kept me updated on the progress and my car was ready to go by closing time that day. Junko is a wonderful employee, you are lucky to have her. Thank you for everything. You always treat me so well. I actually purchased this 2008 Prius from Maita Toyota so I am the original owner and my Prius has never been to any other service center, not ever. I had an incredibly positive experience working with Chris. He is on the ball. He is responsive. His communication was great. He was friendly.
