I bought my current RAV4 at your dealership and this would have been my 4th toyota. I have also worked in sales extensivelly and NEVER offered a customer a deal I could not honor. Additionally, had the businesses I worked for encountered such an issue we always did our best to make the customer happy and that was also not done. This experience epitomizes the reason sales people get a bad rap, because they earn it. More

The 3 hour wait, with an appointment, removed the value for me. The regular cost for this service is $69 PLUS $30 for a non-Toyota vehicle. So, the message to me is that they don't want to service my Hyundai, even though I bought it from them. Needless to say, I did not make a return appointment. More
