2017 Toyota Tundra oil changed. Ever since i had a horrible experience with Elk Grove Toyota of Sacramento, CA. Took my 2017 Tundra for a oil changed and they been great so far. Woulda gv them a 4 stars if the Parts Department woulda been more helpfull. Bought a Air filter since i was there for $38 with Tax. Sat down and saw their OWN online web site selling it for $22 with tax. They couldnt even match their OWN web site price?????????? Return the Air filter and got my refund back. Now i am ordering the air filter frm their web site. That i big price difference. If the Tundra wasnt done, i woukda hv time to order online since i was there and do a instore pickup. Parts Department ??? Smh More

Sales rep was awesome, but finance was was extremely slow I will start by saying that this review and rating doe not have anything to do with our Sales rep Ben. He showed us exactly what we asked about and did not attempt to up sell us a new or more expensive vehicle. Thank you Ben! We waiting at least 4 hours for financing. Of this time, it only took us about 15 minutes to negotiate. This was a ridiculously long amount of time to wait. This is the reason that we will not purchase another vehicle here. This was a missed opportunity because we are planning to buy another car this year and has been considering a new Toyota. More
