Very slow service and staff had no initiative. Took nearly 3 hours for a basic oil/filter change and my car was ready for 30 minutes on the lot before the staff could finish my paperwork. There were 10+staff hanging around chatting but none could get me wrapped up. They did not remove the plastic wrap covers inside when giving me the keys. More
