I spent more than $400 on a maintenance package.. the windshield wiper I purchased based on the recommendation from your service people.. they installed a DEFECTIVE WINDSHIELD WIPER .. it’s the rainy season currently.. they replaced it free .. but they made me wait an hour for it to be installed.. anyone with experience knows it DOES NOT TAKE an hour to install ONE windshield wiper.. A week after bringing in my car, we had a low tire pressure warning light. I expected that even from an oil change, I would have had my tires inflated to the correct pressure.
