My service rep was great and very helpful. However, the Maita Toyota service center has been a frustrating experience for us when we have an issue with our Sequoia. We have brought it in twice for warning lights and electronic system issues and both times Toyota has not been able to diagnose or correct the issue and has sent us home without any resolution and the problems persist. I brought my truck in for oil change, when I picked it up there was grease all over inside and out. Obviously nobody took the time to clean up their mess. Plus I got a phone call while waiting in the lobby t there was grease all over inside and out. Obviously nobody took the time to clean up their mess. Plus I got a phone call while waiting in the lobby that there was a nail in my tire that was not fixable. They proceeded to try to sell me a brand new tire for $200 plus dollars. I declined to have them replace the tire and told them I’ll take it to American tire. American tire told me that it was totally fixable and it did not need any repairs. Question I have is why did they remove the nail out of the tire they should’ve left it in there. This is the worst service I’ve ever had and since they tried to sell me a tire that was not needed. That’s called trying to scam the customer. I’ve been a valued customer since 1984 and after this incident I will never go back to Maita Toyota again. More

Unfortunately this time was the last straw for me. While waiting to be checked in a gentleman pulled up behind me, who clearly knew the entire staff. He said he didn’t have an appt but needed his ba While waiting to be checked in a gentleman pulled up behind me, who clearly knew the entire staff. He said he didn’t have an appt but needed his battery changed and truck serviced. They bypassed every other vehicle waiting, which was strike number one. When it came time to check me in, I asked about how long this service would take, they said 3-4 hours. Okay cool- but when 1pm is rolling around and they can’t give me an answer what’s going on, I had to just sit and wait. 3pm rolls around and they call me to say my car is ready. I dropped my car off at 715…. Sorry but I won’t be returning. Had they told me it would be all day, I wouldn’t be writing this review, but they didn’t tell me potentially all day. Just be honest and say “hey were slammed today so it may take all day” More
