Came in for regular service which was for tire rotation. The attendant greeted me and took some info then had me sign the tablet. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:15. I waited for 4 hours(left at 1:30). The attendant greeted me and took some info then had me sign the tablet. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:15. I waited for 4 hours(left at 1:30). He told me the charge was 110.00. I purchased my tires there so I wasn’t expecting a charge at all. He said they cleaned my battery and cables as well as adding fuel cleaner. I wasn’t told up front this was happening and he didn’t review this with when he asked me to sign. I received a text with a video attached at the same time I was checking out but didn’t watch it until I got home.The video from the technician said he checked the battery and it was fine. No mention of the cleaning of battery or adding a fuel cleaner. The rotation was not done due to wear. He did recommend changing of a filter and said tires were worn. It’s concerning that I was charged for things I do not believe were done and I was never asked if I wanted the filter or tires replaced. I have bought and had our cars from Toyota and never had such poor service. I left with a filter needing to be replaced and tires that were “severely worn “. More
We had a 7:15 appointment to wait for my vehicle while a Toyota care service was performed. No oil change. It took over 3 hours. Lee Reloza at Maita Toyota, Auburn location, in Sacramento is a stellar service advisor. This man needs a handsome raise for his customer service skills. He gave me some valuable car tips and was overall a wonderful human being with a down to earth personality. He tries to speak Hmong with some of his hmong customer, which is just amazing. I had a smooth and informative interaction with him, and he got my car's oil changed in a reasonable amount of time, despite the dealership being behind on some work. Overall, an excellent experience with Lee Reloza as my service advisor. I highly recommend this man for a promotion or a raise! He deserves it. Also, he is a very honest man, you will love him being your service advisor! Thank you so much Lee Reloza! You are awesome! Keep up your excellent work!
