They keep setting appointments, they never keep, they have customers waiting in room for hours😱 thinking they started on vehicle, and did not! After all this time. Also, they do not offer transportation have customers waiting in room for hours😱 thinking they started on vehicle, and did not! After all this time. Also, they do not offer transportation home ad they use to in the pass nor willing to pay, for a rental car after waiting all day unknowingly, to go eat! Plus, I had yo return another day, because something I told them to fix, wasn’t. There fault and I, had to pay. WOW poor customer service each time Ive gone for years! Mgr said, he would pay for the service but I, had to pay for the tiny part. I had already paid way too much for service days before. All should face been taken care and advised me at check in. More
