I brought my 1 week old $93K Tahoe High Country into Mark Christpher Chevrolet Service for a simple bumber to fender alighnment issue this morning at 7am, at 3:42 is when the employees of Avalon Collision Ce Christpher Chevrolet Service for a simple bumber to fender alighnment issue this morning at 7am, at 3:42 is when the employees of Avalon Collision Center finally picked my car up and for 24 minutes the person that picked up my vehicle and the person that brought him to the dealership streetraced my new car back to the shop! Here's a little secret, Onstar tells you everything about where your vehicle is, how many times it started, how many times it was under FULL throttle acceleration or braking and it tells you where each of these events take place. I called Avalon and spoke with Raul and he tried to tell me that his employee said there was construction traffic on Holt Blvd as an excuse for his heavy right foot at each intersection. The Onstar App determined this was a LIE! Jeff the Service Director did reach out to me from Mark Christpher to appologize and offered to make it right with making sure this type of incident would never happen again with the two body shops they work with. He also threw in some accessories for the new Tahoe High Country that I'm waiting for on order. More

I showed up before the showroom opened on a Sunday morning and Armando was nice enough to come help me out. He was knowledgeable, professional and educated me on the different trims and options on th morning and Armando was nice enough to come help me out. He was knowledgeable, professional and educated me on the different trims and options on the Escalade and he took me for a test drive. I ended up buying a car. I had called in a few weeks prior and Alazar helped me out, showed me the inventory, answered my questions and even sent me what my cost would be out the door. Together as a team, Armando and Alazar were awesome. I purchased the Escalade and came all the way from San Diego to get it as SD dealerships very few cars in stock. Thanks fellas!!! Chad More

Johnny Mendoza promised me a quick easy process in purchasing a vehicle. He delivered. He helped me look for an SUV, and I couldn't buy one because my needs in weight was over the tow limit on the SU purchasing a vehicle. He delivered. I was looking for 2 trucks, he helped me find what I was looking for, and I came in and bought them both, I was out in a little over an hour. And he delivered them to our business the next day! So happy with Johnny and the process in finance, it was a breeze. I am coming back for an Escalade next week. More
