This is a tough review, because some of my experience was great and some of it was not. I had my vehicle stolen and needed a replacement. This coupled with my timeline, waiting to get any news back about my old truck, lead to some less than optimal interactions with a couple of the sales people. I actually felt like I almost had to beg for attention, and got met with more roadblocks than solutions to my questions and needs. After switching from person to person, I did end up getting taken care of by Greg and Gilbert from the Internet Sales team. They were awesome and made everything right. I was able to get the perfect truck to replace my old one, and I'm very happy. I wish I could give 5 stars, but unfortunately since I got caught up with a couple sales people that I wasn't very happy with, I had to go with a 4. More

I bought my EV car at Mark Christopher, I was LIED at by Greg Hess and the 2 salesmen that I get 2 years of free charging at EVgo or 1500$ rebate toward installation of a new charger. Later, we were told th Greg Hess and the 2 salesmen that I get 2 years of free charging at EVgo or 1500$ rebate toward installation of a new charger. Later, we were told that this promotion does not apply to 2025 models. We called Greg twice and left him message, he never called us back. Eric Nosser is new over there so I don’t blame him. He told us what they told him to say. But all the others LIED at us. I purchased my car on March 5th. How didn’t they know that the promotion does not apply to 2025 models. Am I the first person buying a 2025 EV this year or are they lying to all EV buyers . We left message to Lloyd, he never got back to us. Bad customer service and I’m not satisfied at all. I always drive a Mercedes and I’m used to the best customer service ever. The service at Mark Christopher was horrible and the follow up was ridiculously unsatisfactory. More
