Came in for routine 15k mile maintenance, tire rotation, and to check inoperative driver seat massage feature. Told it would take a couple of hours, and I should wait….90 minutes later….told “taking longer and to check inoperative driver seat massage feature. I have a feeling they hadn’t even looked at the car yet….so I paid for Uber to go home. They told me it would be done a couple of hours on Fruday. I got a text Friday 9 am, uodate done, part ordered….car will be ready in an hour. Told them I’d pick it up in two hours. I arranged for someone to drive me to dealership…on my way in…about noon (so almost three hours past the time Nobu said it would be ready, another text….part won’t arrive until afternoon, let’s schedule return appt. Huh? You said an hour…”I apologize”. I get there….the other lady in service area says I will get a call when part arrives, could be a couple days, so install next week…huh??Nobu says let this afternoon, this person says couple of days….since I’m there I make appt for Monday. They say they will call when part arrives. Friday no call. Saturday no call. I think service is. Loses Sunday…so I don’t think I’m getting a call today. On my way home…I check tire pressure….not inflated to spec..now I’m questioning whether the tires have been properly rotated…..no a good service visit. Should have kept my Lexus. More
First service on this truck at Mark Christopher. Was hesitant to take it because the past few services performed on my 2019 GMC were subpar. I had spark plugs and waited changed and when I got my tr Was hesitant to take it because the past few services performed on my 2019 GMC were subpar. I had spark plugs and waited changed and when I got my truck back and did an inspection I noticed that the technician had brok n my engine compartment harness mount on driver side. Nothing was mentioned to me. On another visit I had my brakes done on my 2019 in which they never replaced the brake monitor sensor which should be done every time with the brakes. I also had the battery changed out on my 2019 GMC sierra and the tech left one of the battery bracket bolts on my engine cowl in which I found later. I'm expecting much more from dealership service than I have received in the past. This last visit though with my 2025 GMC sierra checked out ok. I went through everything and did my own inspection just to make sure everything was done right. I think a little more quality control on your guys end after a vehicle has been serviced may put my mind more at ease in taking my vehicles to the dealership for service. More
