Purchased third vehicle, this time another Escalade. There was damage to passenger mirror paint, rear taillight paint and hard water spots on passenger doors area. Sales Mgr Mike Rodriguez and Salespers There was damage to passenger mirror paint, rear taillight paint and hard water spots on passenger doors area. Sales Mgr Mike Rodriguez and Salesperson Jose Luis Jimenez agreed to exchange these repairs for three full maintenance services, then changed to 6 lube, oil, filter services and certificates would be sent to my home. Multiple times they were contacted and they agreed to send them by mail and never came through with their agreement to do so. We have the texts, photo damage, and phone records to show nothing was done to remedy these damages on a new vehicle. This purchase totaled nearly 85k and finally we had to buff out the hard water spots ourselves. The paint damage still exists with no remedy. We feel we have no choice left after 60 days of no response from these two employees More
