I have always come to this dealer, though the dealer is very expensive. They are always extremely busy and my appointment time/date was mistaken. The last two I went in to have my car serviced for oil change and fluid changes, they put in water instead windshield wiper fluid to clean the windshield. Now the dirt just spreads around because it’s jus change and fluid changes, they put in water instead windshield wiper fluid to clean the windshield. Armando and Greg made us feel very comfortable and not pressured. We were able to be upfront with our bottom line and we didn’t waste time by pushing the paper back and fourth. Greg and Armando worked hard to get us the best deal and all the rebates available to get us where the payment needed to be. Armando helped me learn the new features in my car and made sure everything was working properly before we left. Very painless buying process. Emmet in finance was helpful in explaining the process and all the paperwork we were signing. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and this process seemed very smooth. I would recommend this dealership as we visited many over the last few days and this was the only one where we felt like WE mattered!!! More

had to walk out at the end of the deal, salesman did not disclose the lease ending fee of $495.00 and the entire staff didn't care. Started the deal at 2pm had 1st appointment time at 3 then pushed to 4 then 4:30 and it still took 2 more hours just to get to finance and then find out about the additional fee. what a waste of my time! The Service manager, Nobu is an outstanding service provider. However there is no excuse for the deplorable way the dealership is treating its customers.
