Kayla was amazing. I called regarding a 2500HD LTZ that I was tracking on Chevrolet.com and Mark Christopher. The exact truck I wanted was being shipped to MC dealershi I called regarding a 2500HD LTZ that I was tracking on Chevrolet.com and Mark Christopher. The exact truck I wanted was being shipped to MC dealership but the day it was estimated to arrive, it disappeared from both websites. For fear it had been sold, I called to confirm my suspicions. By luck, the sales person that answered my call was Kayla. She tracked down the rig that had somehow been deleted from inventory and made my dreams come true. Making a deal with her was an absolute pleasure. Kind, knowledgeable and honest; exactly what you want in a salesperson. She worked so hard to make the deal work for both of us. Doing whatever it took to meet me halfway. Manager Jay Khoury was extremely personable, helpful and instrumental as well. My wife and I are Chevy honks for life and there is no doubt we will be back to Mark Christopher and hopefully Kayla for our next vehicle. More
