Chelsea was very professional and timely with her responses. Once she knew there was a national back order on parts for my truck, she immediately helped me with a rental. She kept me up to date with responses. Once she knew there was a national back order on parts for my truck, she immediately helped me with a rental. She kept me up to date with the progress of my truck once the parts arrived and followed up on how my truck was doing a couple days after I picked it up. Greg and JC were absolutely amazing towards helping me purchase my new truck! I absolutely love my new vehicle! I initially went to a different dealer ship prior to Mark Christopher, it was not a pleasant purchase my new truck! I absolutely love my new vehicle! I initially went to a different dealer ship prior to Mark Christopher, it was not a pleasant experience! JC made a deal with my trade in which I felt was reasonable. I ended up getting an even better truck and deal than the previous dealership!
