Everything was a good experience from check in to driving away in my car. The rental vehicle was clean and in good shape, and the service advisor, Rachel, was very clear in her communications. I was treated with respect and not given the run around. I spent about an hour at the dealership after we decided to purchase and 30 minutes a few days later to complete the loan process.
