My service writer is Ralph Stalesky and unlike the service writers at Gary Lang doesn't try to sell me on repairs that aren't needed. What Ralph does do instead is make sure my car is properly mainta service writers at Gary Lang doesn't try to sell me on repairs that aren't needed.
