Not only is the car they sold me a lemon and needed more repairs than the value of it, but they are also rude whenever my son or I take it there. Recently which prompted this review, the car was in for the "free" oil change that comes with the sale of the car. They have no respect for the word "appointment", meaning an appointed time they agree to do the service so as not to waste anyone's time. If you have one for 11:30 AM they will tell you it will still be a 2-3 hour wait because they are backed up. No notice or call to reschedule. They simply expect you to wait or not have service at all. Again, rude when asked about it saying an oil change would normally be 1 and a half hours anyway. That amount of time gives the impression that they do not know how to do an oil change. This is every single time I have tried. 3 years running. To add insult to injury, they state on the paperwork they did a multi-point inspection which I did not ask for and was another way to waste my time. They stated (among a long list of needed repairs) I needed to replace the rear window wiper blade (1 blade $67). My car does not have a rear wiper at all. They stated they rotated the tires, but they didn't. They list the other repairs needed with such wording that you don't notice at first you would be charged several times over for the same repair or service if you just let them have at it. Read the paperwork very carefully. They think their customers are idiots. I do not believe they inspected my car at all. IT IS A SCAM. Blake is the only one there who is nice/ professional. More
