His efficiency ensured a seamless process, and I appreciated his attention to detail. David was also friendly to talk with and I was able to ask him questions pertaining to the terms of the contract. He also took the time to explain the process and described the purpose of the documents I am signing. I took the car home but realized that I need to keep my existing payment schedule. I called David back the next day. I was expecting to get his voice mail so I can leave a message but to my surprise, he took my call. He gave me some guidance on how I can work out my preferred payment schedule with the finance company. So I have a move forward plan to work out a payment schedule with the finance company. In summary, my visit to Mazda of Elk Grove was nothing short of outstanding. The team’s commitment to customer satisfaction, exemplified by Briana, Christian, Antonio, and David, makes this dealership stand out.
