Outstanding Sales and Service I've just purchased my third car and with each purchase the dealership gets better. I gave Wayne a description of the car I wanted with all the optio I've just purchased my third car and with each purchase the dealership gets better. I gave Wayne a description of the car I wanted with all the options and within 10 days he had it located. Within the next few days the car had been inspected by Rodd Bowman and his group and it was pronounced worthy of certifying. Between Wayne and Rodd a date for review and approval and acceptance was agreed and even though it was New Years Eve and the dealership was overwhelmed with those of us that wanted to complete the transaction in 2019, Wayne never lost his patience and the rest of the crew pitched in to help with completing the paperwork and sending me on my way. Larry had all the paperwork completed and was super efficient in closing. It was dark when I left so Wayne suggested I return after New Years so we could complete the review and familiarization. All done with assurances that if more was needed a phone call would satisfy my needs. I've dealt with Rodd and Chuck for almost 10 years and without a doubt they are the primary reason I return when my needs for another car arise.
