Asher Chaudry, the sales manager, was very fair, professional, and was so very easy to work with. My deal was done mostly over the phone and they backed everything that was said and agreed upon with documents. The finance manager, Allen Belcher, was as easy going as the rest of the team. He had everything ready for me and did not take up any unnecessary time. . The car was ready for me to drive just as I arrived. The negotiation process was very comfortable and at no time I felt I was under any pressure from my sales consultant. My sales consultant, Mr. Holthaus, was very knowledgeable and very nice. The finance manager, Mr. Belcher, was also super nice and a pleasure to work with. Once I sealed the deal, I was disappointed I did not receive the red bow and bottle of champagne (LOL). Other than that, I was very satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience. More

The best experience for years I’ve now owned three Mercedes all because of the service. No exaggeration. They discuss my car as if I am not a female. I owned several Volvos and a BMW new. I dropped the brands solely based on the service department. Both Volvo and BMW were a nightmare to deal with and they would always speak to me as if I know nothing about cars . HUGE pet peeve of mine! Annapolis goes over the top to insure the owner and vehicle are well cared for. I am always beyond impressed. And thank your Mercedes Benz of Annapolis!!! More
