We've purchased four cars (both new and CPO certified-used) from Annapolis Mercedes-Benz in the past year (2022/2023). However, the level of professionalism, openness, jovial demeanor of both our sales consultant (Mia Castle), and our finance manager (Allen Belcher) was phenomenal. I'd like to include that all interactions with any and all individuals (from receptionist, appraiser, management) at this dealership was completely comfortable and honest. More

The team's technician Steve Julian was excellent, and he and Alex kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I just got a new Mercedes and took it in to get it inspected and keys reprogrammed and as usual he kindly put me in a courtesy car so I could get my work done! I reached out to several dealers on the east coast; but this one far outweighed all the others with a fabulous inventory and an unbelievable sales staff. The Sales Manager Mike Herron was a man of his word; from our first conversation on the phone to my 4 hour drive to get there. He was not greedy; he passed on the lead to his sales consultant Darnell Bowens. We were impressed from the moment we met him. He was a fantastic salesman that really knew his product. Darnell went the extra mile, even staying after the dealership closed to explain all the electronics systems of our new car. He called us the day after we got back home to see if we had any additional questions! Larry Cash, the F&I guy was a very personable professional at finalizing all of our paperwork.
