The whole process of creating a service appointment was very easy and efficient. Whenever I arrived it was explained that there would be a charge for diagnosing the technical issue. I could understand the very easy and efficient. Whenever I arrived it was explained that there would be a charge for diagnosing the technical issue. I could understand the need as it took at least a full day to assess the problem. The fee seems to be absorbed into the repair. They inspected the car and provided estimates for the costs involved. This was done electronically but with the option to speak with the service adviser. You could accept or decline any of the jobs without any pressure one way or another as it was handled electronically. It took several days to repair but our advisor, Peter, kept me in the loop daily. The car was finished and cleaned and returned. Unfortunately, I discovered a new issue that seemed connected to the repair. Peter touched base with me to see if everything was ok and advised me to bring the car back so they could look into it. It turned out to be connected and Mercedes repaired it without any hesitancy or question. The car was repaired and returned and now everything is good! I appreciate the ease that the issue was handled and that there was no challenge when I raised it. Very professional attitude! More
