He ensured that the front brake pads, front disc, and front rotors were replaced and now my car stops like a dream again and I do not have to worry! The service shop did not have all of the parts on hand, so Alex put me in a brand new Black on Black 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB with only 13 miles on it and he said "You keep the car over the weekend and enjoy yourself!"
