My service experience went from unimpressive to disappointing to frustrating to ridiculous to maddening. They had my vehicle for over a week for routine service and minor repairs. One excuse afte disappointing to frustrating to ridiculous to maddening. They had my vehicle for over a week for routine service and minor repairs. One excuse after another as to why it wasn't ready. When it finally was, the invoice they sent me via text was incorrect, and the total was more than I was quoted. I spent an hour and a half the next day (it was a Saturday) at the dealership trying to correct the invoice and pick up my car. Really unbelievable, and not the experience I've had at other MB dealerships. Never again. More
