I am not one to normally leave a review but I am compelled to share my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables. After purchasing many new cars over the years, I had a little anxiety of going through the process again. I was told that Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, would be the place to go and I was not disappointed. Everything went very smooth from the point of my first visit and taking a look at the inventory test driving, selecting a car that best fit my family needs and taking delivery of the vehicle in a timely manner that exceeded my expectations. Although my experience was outstanding with everyone I dealt with Senior Executive Sales, Gustavo Guerra, that went above and beyond to solidified the true essence of what customer service is and should be.
