He is very patient, nice. Answer all my questions, and never push me to make any decision. I preordered a GLC, he contacted me whenever he got updates about my order. I am very satisfied with the experience to order a new Mercedes! Only one concern was I waited 6 months to get my customized GLC, a bit too long waiting time. More
