Sir, I called in as a gentleman but received a "buy here pay here" experience. Your salesperson, who is off today spending time with his daughter, would be ashamed that you would say I was unprofessional and/or used profanity, as we both know that is not true. I am not sure why your even responding to my review, let alone stating I spoke in a manner in which I was unprofessional. You, as the manager, should have called me today and spoke to me as thoughtfully, professionally and in the same manner as which you replied to my above review. In fact, that should have been done first BEFORE your slanderous lying rant. The goal here is to try and make me a customer, not pretend that you are a victim of reactive abuse. Not only was there was NO profanity, as I am sure the people reading this will no doubt appreciate my descriptive and thorough review, they will see that your slander is a mere attempt to simply try and make me remove my review. When I was growing up Ray Catena was the standard by which all others were to be set. Today, proven by your response, you have only demonstrated that I was correct in my original assessment of your "store". 10 days is long enough to wash a car. The boss should be ashamed of you. We understand that purchasing a high-demand vehicle like the 2021 G-Class requires careful consideration. However, it’s important to clarify that this particular vehicle had been in our inventory for only 10 days when you expressed interest—not “almost a year” as stated in your review. Given the desirability of the G-Wagon, we price our vehicles competitively to market conditions rather than relying on lengthy negotiations. Additionally, while online photos provide a general representation, the true condition and quality of any vehicle can only be assessed in person—something we strongly encourage before drawing conclusions. Unfortunately, you never visited our showroom, never viewed or test-drove the vehicle, yet still felt confident making sweeping judgments about its condition, our business, and our team. As for your offer, a $10,000 price reduction on a meticulously reconditioned G-Wagon was simply not aligned with market reality. While we always welcome respectful negotiations, our pricing reflects the quality and demand of our inventory—not arbitrary expectations. Although we don't appreciate the profane language you've expressed during conversation, we remain happy to assist you should you decide to approach this process in a more constructive manner.
