What an awesome experience dealing with primarily Allyson and to some extent Doug Wells. Booked my e350 4 matic in Jan 2022 and went through the delays due to chip shortage and Ukraine issue. I custom ordered an E450 with Tom Cola and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Since the order was placed, he was giving me constant updates until the car arrived in Baltimore.
