I believe that he has been at Ray Catena Mercedes for over twenty years. EDISON I have been dealing with Craig Harris for the last twelve years. I believe that he has been at Ray Catena Mercedes for over twenty years. My wife and I have leased four cars and we just recently purchased a GLS. Pricing has changed and it made more sense for us to buy the car. I am writing this review today to highlight what kind of person that Craig is. He is always patient with my wife and I. He is very kind, answers all of questions, and always takes my phone calls. Today’ world is changing so fast. Customers are now treated like numbers. The buying process for everything has become so impersonal. Not with Craig @ Ray Catena! Craig spends time with us at his actual desk where he can find out what is available and what our needs are. It’s always a great time. He may have to take a phone call while we are there, but he stays with us until we understand what cars are available and what the cost will be. He’s very knowledgeable and never tries to upsell or switch us to a different model. I also give Ray Catena Edison credit for running their dealership like this. The buying experience is so personal. (Food, snacks, drinks, polite people) We even stop by to say hello to Craig when we go in for maintenance. The entire team over there is great.
