I cannot describe it any better but you will experience the process of selecting, pricing, finding, financing, closing, and delivery of your vehicle to be smooth and uncomplicated. You will also get the same treatment and accommodation at the service department. You will be pampered, but then again I guess that comes with the Mercedes-Benz ownership experience. worst salesman He charged our card for a 2019 s450 lease on a friday ,but never had the car...He kept moving back the delivery date,from friday the day we leased it He charged our card for a 2019 s450 lease on a friday ,but never had the car...He kept moving back the delivery date,from friday the day we leased it ,until now ,no idea maybe next week .WE wasted 4 hrs there and were supposed to come home with a car... .now we have go through the refund process. . This is my 3rd lease from them in 3 yrs.I WAS a repeat customer....NO MORE !!! More

I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the car was ready to go out for a test drive. Chris knew all the ins and outs of the model (C300). Once I made the decision to purchase he went to bat for me negotiating the price I was looking for. And I walked out of the dealership with my new car 3 hours after I arrived! As for the dealership, it is some operation. I've never seen so many cars, and despite the winter weather the pre-owned car I bought was meticulously clean. More
