My husband didn’t think we would be purchasing the vehicle with such ease, but Rob made everything so easy. He was educated, easy going and knew everything about the vehicle. He never played the games you get of going back and forth. We knew what our vehicle was worth that we wanted to trade in and he agreed. The GM, was also genuine and was kind.
