I was surprised that a smaller store like Hagerstown had so many great reviews. Being an hour away and having 2 S-Class vehicles I liked, I took the drive and the chance. Time well spent. Mike Lavrenchik was professional and knowledgeable and kept close, but not smothering, contact. Once everything was agreed on, the delivery went very well, with Mike handling the tasks of changing registration, insurance info, etc. Tony Mills was a great and non-pressure finance manager handling the final details. (I am a car nut and research the things in detail, and I agonize over expensive purchases.) Barry discussed, in detail, the CPO process ---and I would never purchase a used MB without it going through the CPO process -- buy a Benz from a Benz dealer. All the paperwork was easy to understand and he took the time to answer any questions I had. - 5 stars !!! Tony is great to work with. He did not rush any of the settlement process and took all the time needed to explain and answer any questions I had about other options like extended warranty, pre-paid service and other options. Tony answered all my questions and made sure I completely understood. I took a GLK with 210k miles under its belt for routine service, where a critical problem was discovered that necessitated a car replacement. The service folks gave patient and solid advice, listening to special needs having to be accommodated. The sales people were all-around professional and a pleasure to deal with. The purchase process was smooth as silk. These people have been treating me like family... and MB of Hagerstown will have my loyalty for another decade...at least! More
