Since the car just arrived on the lot, he took pictures and sent them to me. This is my first taste of luxury, and this dealership knows how to treat its clients. Austin made the deal go very smooth and negotiated really well with my trade in. Their price matches well around the various states which made my purchase so much easier. Rob took 2hrs of his time away from the dealership floor to bring the car to me (45 min) where I work for a test drive. The car was detailed and absolutely nothing wrong with how it looked. From the credit application to signing the paperwork, the process took 2 hours. I recommend Rob Edmonds for your next purchase, he listens to want we want in a car and ensures we are content with our purchase. Also, the chocolate bar was an added bonus. Both men took the time to explain the entire auto and finance process from start to finish with my 16 yr. old son, for whom this vehicle will belong. We left the dealership several hours later and Mike was going to try to locate us one with a different interior. When we went back Friday morning, he had located one with the options and interior we preferred. We accepted delivery of the new GLE350 this morning & once again, Mike spent a large amount of time going over the vehicle & setting up our electronic system. We were very surprised that Mike had gone out of the way to find us the vehicle we wanted even though we would have accepted the instock model. This is the second Benz we have bought from this dealer. More
